In October of 2024 we began the 1st phase of working with Canadian Air Parts aka CAP on being the base for receiving RNB customer units. It worked very well, helped improve RNB’s efficiency and provided CAP with a better understanding of RNB’s operations.
On October 1st’ 2025 we will begin the 2nd phase of the switch over to CAP. This is where CAP will take over all operations of RNB including the receiving, calibration. invoicing, receivables etc. The technicians will remain on board as part of the CAP team. Terri and I (Ron) will remain on as consultants to ensure the transition is seamless.
Doug Baldwin, who many of you know from Aviall/Boeing, has been RNB’s behind the scenes service coordinator. He’s the guy who makes certain all the paperwork is correct before it goes to the technician, schedules the units into the shop, creates the certs, etc. etc. He will also remain on with CAP in the transfer as the behind-the-scenes coordinator.
Effective September 25th, 2025, all Purchase orders must be made out to CAP. (See contact information below)
